Manchester United star, Cristiano Ronaldo, circulated on social media, Monday evening, to reveal some personal, heartbreaking news.
This news, which will undoubtedly grieve everyone, concerns the death of his newborn twin son.
In an announcement by him and his partner Georgina Rodriguez a short time ago, Ronaldo confirmed that “our baby boy is gone”.
Fortunately, the Portuguese’s newborn daughter is still doing well.
“It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our child,” Ronaldo’s statement begins. “It is the biggest pain any parent can feel. Just the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness.”
We would like to thank the doctors and nurses for all the expert care and support. We are all devastated by this loss and kindly ask for privacy at this very difficult time.
