Ibrahim Konate gave Liverpool the lead in tonight’s Champions League match against Benfica with a header.
The French defender tapped into a corner kick by Costas Tsimikas in the 21st minute and deceived a header that passed the Benfica keeper to make it 1-0 for the Premier League side.
The goal, which can be seen below, gives Liverpool a comfortable 4-1 lead on aggregate and should lead the Reds into the semi-finals to face Villarreal.
