Barcelona star Pedri opens up about his relationship with Jaffe

Barcelona star Pedri has opened up about his relationship with fellow midfielder Jaffe.

The duo are just two of the countless young talents currently on the Barcelona books, and under the guidance of Xavi Hernandez, they are expected to be the future of La Blaugrana midfield.

The quality of both Pedri and Gavi was on full display on Sunday night against Levante. The latter was brought in after 57 minutes and, just six minutes later, he danced over two defenders before playing a ball to Pedri who parried his first attempt past the Levante keeper:

After gathering for that goal, Pedri was asked about his relationship with Jaffe after the match and he was like, “Jaffe? He has so much quality… The intensity he puts in matches and training is insane. I hope he continues like this because I have a great relationship with him.”

Barcelona vs Eintracht Frankfurt

Barcelona must now turn its attention to Europe. The strong Catalan force is scheduled to face Eintracht Frankfurt in the second quarter-final match of the European League next Thursday.

The first confrontation, which took place in Germany, saw the parties tied 1-1.

Therefore, since away goals are no longer relevant in European competitions, Barcelona has a small advantage in going to the second leg at the Camp Nou.
